1. Early Access & Beta Status

Testing Phase: The Service is currently in active development, testing, and beta release.
Access Control: Early access is intended solely for authorized testers and invited users. Unauthorized access, automated scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

2. Data Loss, Backups & Content

No Guarantee of Data Persistence: You acknowledge that database schemas, user accounts, saved plays, lineups, notes, and diagrams may be reset, altered, or deleted during platform updates, testing, or server maintenance.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any critical data, diagrams, or coaching plans you create within the app.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept zero liability for any loss, corruption, deletion, or failure to store your data.

3. Sports Coaching & Physical Activity Disclaimer

Informational Tool Only: The diagrams, drills, formations, and plays provided in this app are for illustrative and organizational purposes only.
Assumption of Risk: Sports involve inherent risk of physical injury. Coaches, trainers, and athletes are solely responsible for evaluating the safety, suitability, and age-appropriateness of any play or physical drill before execution on the court or field.
We disclaim all liability for any physical injury, property damage, or athletic loss resulting from the use or execution of plays created or viewed on the platform.

4. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the custom plays and notes you create. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the app.
Platform Assets: All app code, user interface designs, preset play animations, and proprietary features remain the sole intellectual property of the platform developer.

5. Paid Subscriptions & Tier Changes (Future Terms)

Pricing & Features: If paid tiers or premium features are introduced, pricing and feature access will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or change feature tiers upon notice.
Account Deletion: You may cancel paid subscriptions or delete your account at any time via your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Under no circumstances shall the developer, owner, or operators of this Service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill) arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.
In jurisdictions where liability cannot be fully excluded by law (such as non-excludable statutory guarantees), our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months (or $1.00 AUD/USD if used free of charge).

Payment Information (Paid Tiers): If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment processing is handled entirely by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We use the collected information solely to:

Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the application.
Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
Store and retrieve your custom plays, lineups, and team setups.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us to have it removed.
